Coming from an original background in industrial and workshop tool sales, Andy began his journey into Haulage with the implementation of A1 Haulage in 1995 and has grown the business year on year ever since.

Lee Arnold
Transport Manager & Senior Driver
Lee joined the family business very shortly after his 17th birthday in 2004 and has amassed an impressive 18yrs of experience.
Whether he is in the office or on the road, the friendly and efficient disposition of this delightful and well respected family man is always a sure hit with our clientele.

Richard Oliver
Driver
Richard started driving for A1 three years ago following a change of career after 44yrs as a Car Mechanic and Tyre Fitter. He enjoys Caravanning at weekends and has some experience in Banger Racing, too!
His bubbly grandchildren have nicknamed him Grumpy Grandad, but he's a cheerful team member who's never short of a smile or a giggle!
Gavin Mosby
Driver
Gavin joined the team in 2021.
He relishes a very active lifestyle with hobbies such as biking, boxing, running, and dancing. As well as enjoying clay shooting, and holidaying abroad.
Tanith Jay-Ryan
Administration Manager
and Backup Driver
Tanith is the newest member of the team, originally hailing from Essex, with a work background in Community Support.
She is a family orientated individual with interests and hobbies that include photography, writing, art, LARP, and TTRP.
